What's the difference between Herringbone and Chevron patterns - and which one is best for your space? 💭 These two patterns are sisters, not twins! While they may look extremely similar, each design compliments different spaces in their own unique way 👇 ♦️ Herringbone Created using equal-size rectangles, tiles are arranged in a staggered zig-zag, which is fairly easy to apply. This creates a beautiful “broken” look. This pattern is most often used in urban design ♦️ Chevron This is your symmetrical zigzag pattern. It's constructed using two identical rectangular tile blocks that meet point to point. This style is often associated with bold colors and bold design Link in bio to check out our blog, The Tileist, and learn about our other favorite tiling patterns! Featured Product: Lancaster Dove Gray 3" x 12" Polished Ceramic Wall Tile Pattern: Herringbone Designed By: @shannonclaire
