We’ve been working this spring on our basement renovation and it’s nearly complete! cantwelljackson designed and built a perfect space to shower or soak after a long day enjoying the outdoors! Because honestly, if you don’t get a little smelly dirty on a hike or paddle, you’re doing something wrong.
We also installed a heated floor, which is primo on chilly mornings! It’s even programmable and set to automatically turn on floor heat before I get out of bed!!! 😃
For a bit of reality check … there’s unfortunately a tiny plumbing issue that won’t be fixed until next week. So as fortunes have it, we won’t get to try out the new shower or tub before we depart. Really sucks, but I have something to look forward to when we return in July! All stars should align for our next scheduled guests. Fingers crossed the bathroom is fully functional next week. Pray to the Renovation & Fix-it Gods!
