As the world comes together to stem the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we wanted to update you with steps Tilley is taking, as responsible global citizens, to do our part to protect our associates, patrons and the global community.
On behalf of all Tilley associates, we would like to thank all front-line health workers around the world who are working tirelessly to care for our friends, family and loved ones. Your commitment to the greater good will be long remembered by the Tilley team.
The health of the global community is our top priority at this time, and we are closely monitoring the direction provided by the World Health Organization as well as Federal and local government agencies to guide our actions. With this in mind, Tilley has taken the following steps:
• We are closing our production facilities from March 19th until April 2nd
• We are closing our Don Mills store in Toronto from March 19th until April 2nd
• We have implemented a work from home policy in our home office and will staff our warehouse with smaller rotating shifts to continue to conduct business.
Every day brings new information and requires new thinking to ensure Tilley is doing its part to keep the community safe. We are committed to taking every action necessary to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and thank you for your support and patience as we work through these difficult times.
