Btw, synthetic shirts stink, real bad, but they are ideal otherwise. Sun gloves prevent blisters on backs of hands and also cancer. Trekking poles hold you up when you’re on the side of a mountain and your legs are noodles after putting one hundred Sierra miles on them in a week. Say yes to hats and sunglasses. Doesn’t matter what kind, just protect yo self 🌞
