When you have multiple children (or four as I do), one on one time is rare. We reconnected, we held hands, giggled, snuggled in bed and agreed to do whatever the other one asked (within reason). It was awesome. I only had to ask once for her to put her shoes on or brush her teeth (we all know as moms that it usually takes 3+ times, right?). She asked me to “be the mom that gets in the pool.” So I did. (Pics to follow in a separate post.). Spend one on one time with your kids. They need it. We need it.
