This sweet boy has been getting ear infections every 6 weeks and I am leaving him for the first time this weekend {bad timing but when is ever a good time!??}. I haven’t cried yet - but walking away was hard. Knowing he is going to be at the doctors everyday while I’m gone getting antibiotic shots without me. He apparently doesn’t qualify for tubes yet but you know when you get this “mom gut” feeling and ignore it, well that happened once this week and I was right. So I think I’m going to push for tubes and refer ourselves to a ENT — it’s hard to know the line between advocating for my sweet baby and being paranoid but I hate seeing him pumped full of antibiotics and in pain. Also tried every natural thing out there with no luck.
