I have heard that when you become a mom you wear your heart outside your body. Now I can wear my heart around my neck. My boys names were one of the first concrete things I knew about them- each of them so special and full of meaning. This Christmas gift made me cry- #tinytags worked so hard to get this out in time for Christmas morning and I couldn't be more appreciative to them and to my sweet hubby. ❤️❤️❤️
