Feeling especially thankful this Thanksgiving for my Dad's health. The last few days were a reminder at how fragile life is and the importance of family. My Dad who is a health, active and energetic 70 year old had an emergency bypass surgery on Monday. I'm sharing because he was very lucky and had a great doctor who after a routine stress test decided to investigate further. They decided to put a stent in and during that procedure found a massive blockage. I was shocked to learn from his doctor the prevalence of heart disease in men and women. The last few days have been hard for my Dad and I am thankful I was able to be there for him, hold his hand and tell him I love him. #thankful #family #tinytags
