POV: you and all your friends are the special kind of people that choose to spend a Friday after work simultaneously both freezing & sweating your tits off skiing/snowshoeing through deep snow pulling a 40 lb sled to a tiny cabin in the woods, in the dark, that you happily overstuff with 8 humans & 2 dogs, so you can eat rehydrated meals out of bags, have to walk outside in 5 degrees to pee every time, and tend to a fire all night while you sleep to the sweet sounds of everyone snoring & farting, because that morning light over the lake when you do it all again in reverse is so dang epic but mostly because you love adventure and you love Alaska and you really love the friends you’ve made here. 🥹🤌🏼
