Little Sylvia is the cutest thing. At first I thought she was just a puppy, but turns out she just is this little and adorable forever. Sylvia has a poorly healed hip fracture and would love an adopter who can keep her loved and happy so she can get a much needed surgery. She does great in her foster home and is the sweetest thing. Sylvia is available for adoption through onetailatatime and is ready for her forever ❤️
