iDRIVE - Ultimate9 Stage 4 Restrictions Update.
As per the Victorian Government stage 4 restrictions, as of Thursday 6th of August, Ultimate9’s office located in the outer suburbs of Melbourne will be temporarily closing to retail traffic for the 6-week lockdown period.
However, we will be still here to fulfill online orders and provide customer support via phone and email during normal working hours.
We will be operating with most of our staff working from home and only those staff necessary to process and dispatch online orders being present at our warehouse.
Orders will be processed daily and dispatched via Australia Post Express to your nominated address.
Please note:
• There will be strictly no pick up or fitting services available during the 6 week restriction period at our Boronia warehouse.
• Due to these restrictions there may be delays to online order deliveries, and we thank you in advance for your patience.
