We live in Byron Bay where it is simply impossible for us to buy a house so we rent. Rent up here is also insanely high and we have been very lucky that we managed to rent our house from friends. It’s a townhouse which is build with soulless materials. Nothing about it stimulates the senses except the amazing jungle we look out on. Everything about it annoys my senses... low ceilings, skirting boards on everything, laminated kitchen, mint green walls, salmon pink tiles and carpet.... but believe it or not, I am slowly but surely starting to love the place a bit! I guess you can get used to everything. Home is where the heart is.❤️
