Some company-mandated fun and games captured here at the Miami Beach Leisure Center during the Vacation® all-employee bi-weekly aqua-ball tournament. Competing finalists “Team Sales” went head to head with “Team H.R.” in what served as an adrenaline-fueled tête-à-tête between the two departments.
Around game three, H.R. director Harry “Flamingo” McCarthy lept from the five-foot mark, taking an extraordinary cut to the ball which bounced off Account Manager Sheryl’s visor, causing her to plunge below the surface of the fitness pool on impact.
Please note that, aside from her perm, Sheryl was not harmed in the incident (and Harry has graciously offered to pay for her next hair appointment). Vacation® extends an emphatic “thank you” to all teams who arrived poolside ready to play. As usual, post-match appetizers and freshly-poured iced tea can be found by the Leisure Center Buffet.
