Tonight we are participating in a Cacao Ceremony. An ancient tradition that uses the plant medicine, Cacao, to open the heart, clear the mind and enhance creativity.
Since first learning about & experiencing the power of Cacao earlier this year, I've begun incorporating the elixir into my creative work process. Every time I need to write a course, design my magazine or develop a new service offering, I first take time to sit in silence, consciously enjoy a strong Cacao, breath deeply and reconnect to my intention for @startupcreative
