(Re)Connection.
My dreams from last night have not left me today.
I was 'reconnected' with my Solar Plexus Chakra energy and taken back to a time, when I completely embodied such a bright and strong presence. I was taken back to me at 21, living in New York.
12 years have since passed. ?
And I didn't realise how disconnected I was from this powerful feeling that beams out like hot sunshine.
That familiar feeling, that I forgot was familiar until I felt it in my dreams. You can't unlearn some things, and today I contemplate a lot about the way I choose to (or choose not to) show up in the world.
As I momentarily lay here with this giant chunk of Citrine on my Manipura, my 'city of jewels' (at first, I did try to tuck it in the top of my tights so I could continue to work at my desk!?✨) I make a silent agreement with myself where I am guided by this statement below.
'With each decision, ask yourself : does this choice empower me? And if it does, choose that action / direction / answer. Even if it's not the easiest way, even if it is uncomfortable, or unknown.
Choose to be brave.
To be bold.
To be empowered.
