To every person with eyes :: be mindful, they are not always on your side.
Often they do not recognise the beauty, but rather focus on the lack or void or incompleteness - especially when they take over and begin to casually scroll your online feeds.
They can see another person, or business and tell you 'they're life is way better than yours' and you instantly feel like shit and believe them.
But my dear, we humans are clever and can create a visual reality, that isn't a reality. We are not malicious, but rather 'selective' in constructing the image we share with the world.
So don't always believe your eyes.
And if you begin to be taken down a comparative path of feeling you are not as 'good / successful / happy / attractive / adventurous / worthy' as the images you see, close your eyes. Turn your focus within.
And remind yourself that your eyes are just teaming up with you're emotions to play tricks!
