Invited to guide the closing circle after a weekend of healing for a group of beautiful teenage girls that have experienced challenges..
♡ I reminded them that regardless of age, their past experiences do not dictate their bright futures.
♡ I reminded them that their wounds are battle scars to be proud of - they are warriors of LIFE.
♡ I reminded them that it is what make them that their differences is what defines BEAUTY.
♡ I reminded them that they are worthy of love, especially from themselves.
♡ I reminded them that pain is always relative. And they are NEVER alone in the darkness.
♡ And I reminded them, with the carers, organisers, mothers - that gratitude is a guiding light.
As the sun disappeared for another day, we were all reminded of the healing power of women in circle ?
