E A R T H I N G || solo Sunday rejuvenation looks like this. After yesterday's high vibe loveFEST, my upper four Chakras (Heart to Crown and beyond) felt like they were pulsating with positive electricity! So today, it was time to calm, balance and ground back into my body. Ever feel like you need to be alone to re-balance, reflect, process and prepare for the next BIG project or day/week? Cancel your plans, take actions that make you feel good on the inside and do only that. In order to be of service to the world and those around us, we must fill our tanks regularly and give ourselves permission to be 'self-full' (not selfish).
