Lets rock-n-roll with the Throat Chakra. Do you feel like you are able to communicate, or articulate exactly what you want? Can you express your desires, thoughts, opinions and feelings? And just importantly do you hear, listen and understand those in our daily lives?
Many say that this particular Chakra is the main area that most women struggle with. Maybe historically, or culturally we are still affected and feel that we cannot speak our truth. Often as women, we can feel that we are expected to behave in a certain way and not speak up in order to play safe or avoid upsetting others. Well, enough. FREE your self-expression people.
