I like to think of this symbol a little differently and I at times refer to her as ‘Honour’... or otherwise known as the Solar Plexus Chakra. Honouring what you need, who you are and your infinite potential. There is power within each of us!

Self Esteem, Positivity, Confidence, Empowered, Energetic
Colour: Yellow
Location of the Chakra: Centre of the waist
Body: Abdomen, stomach, upper intestines, liver, gallbladder, kidney, pancreas, adrenal glands, spleen and the middle of the spine.
Function: Your relationship with yourself and your seat of power. To embody PERSONAL POWER and experience a state of being where you feel confident in your own unique identity. How you relate to yourself leads to genuine self-worth, self-esteem and self-confidence.
If unbalanced: You may experience envy, jealousy, nervousness, introversion, stress, lack of self-worth, self-doubt, lack of self-confidence, excessive humility and the fear of standing in your own power. Sensitivity to rejection, fear of looking foolish and physical appearance anxieties.
Stimulants (how to balance this Chakra): Bring the colour YELLOW forcefully into your life. Breathe, grant yourself time and space to relax. Spend time in the sunshine, practice gratitude, meditate, receive a deep massage (abdominal) and do something BRAVE ?
