In different stages I was under the illusion that bigger was better. ‘Growth meant success’ and it was important to have lots of launches, a studio space, flashy shoots, a big reach, lots of contacts... oh and employees.
I’ve been there and I see through it 👁
Right now, in this season, for me (not for all) less is more.
And it feels so much more powerful.
