“..... Josh and I first met at 21 and 20 (I am the cougar), he was my personal trainer at an incredible gym in Brisbane. We moved in together 4 months later, then from there started new careers on the same day, a few years later buying our first home.
Our relationship was always so effortless, in a sense we were always on the same page and had the same goals/desires. Our biggest challenge came when we had our eldest and 3 months in decided to relocate to Tasmania where my family reside. Quitting jobs and selling up our home to jump into a whole new realm of unknown… WITH a newborn to add to the mix.
We bought another home which caused us more grief than anything – who in their right minds decide to live in a long-term renovator in the coldest state of Australia? Challenges came but we would overcome them. Another new baby who reminded us we can do all we have done and more with each others unwavering support!
And here we are (still renovating) – finally engaged in what seems to be an already eternally united bond since we first committed and planning a wedding (for who knows when?) at the same spot we got engaged!”
