Being in and on the water is best shared with friends and family, which is why we often pass on our favorite aquatic skills to the next generation. Whether pushing a little ripper into a wave, coaching junior sailors how to navigate, or simply taking a baby swimming for the first time, teaching groms how to waterlust is nearly as fun as doing it yourself! This isn’t just a human trait though, many animals have been observed passing on unique watery skills that relate to hunting for food, migration, or just plain fun.
