Borrowing Krista's words about their wedding day:
"For our wedding all that we wanted was our favourite people in one place doing all of our favourite things. A good day in our books includes a BBQ, lawn games and a bonfire, so that’s exactly what we did. S’mores and cornbread were a must. Family and friends helped with special touches such as crafting signs, designing invitations and baking desserts. We collected unique marketplace finds for months to bring all of the rustic details together.

ladys.hat.farm made Krista’s wildflower dreams come true, complete with raspberries in her hair. Our sunny afternoon ceremony carried into the dinner and reception. We had a casual mix & mingle dinner with no assigned seating while guests played games on the lawn. It poured rain for a bit (which made for some amazing photos) and then cleared up again for sunset speeches. Our first dance was under a dark sky lit up with sparklers. Later on on the dance floor our best friends threw us up in the air to crowd surf and we drank all of the Fireball while singing Fireball. Friends and family camped on the lawn or shuttled home. Terolenn captured every magical moment candidly so we get to relive our day over and over!"

Still one of the loveliest days I have gotten to be a part of. From the perfect private venue, a group of people that radiates love and warmth, outdoor speeches, first dances under patio lights and sparklers, a lit dance floor and a bonfire to boot. I will take any excuse to reminisce on this day. Go see for yourself!
