When we traveled to Scotland last September at the beginning we’ve been overwhelmed by all the amazing landscapes around us and felt like the big challenge was report the same feelings through our pictures. But to be honest, it is never easy to shoot in new places and light conditions you are not used to, and this scared us so much. The sun, the wind, the storm, and then repeat.. all day long. We went through four seasons in one day. I was worried trying escape the wind, chasing the sun, protect from the rain.. then, I stopped and realized I should keep that difficulties as my strong points. Give power and meaning to them, because all of these little pieces together were the essence of the place we were, and that pieces had to be part of the game.
The lesson I learnt is that we don’t have to escape from what makes us feel out of our comfort zone, but we have to embrace it and give it power. This is what can makes the difference.
