Hey beautiful! I’m reading a book right now by jessicahonegger , Imperfect Courage, and one part that stood out to me is her take on the pursuit of beauty.
She writes “98% of all women want to change at least one aspect of their physical appearance... Leaving an extraordinarily tiny 2% who believe they are beautiful as they are.”
Wow. In an industry that portrays beauty everyday, through florals, I’m reminded of how fleeting beauty is as it says in Proverbs 31. The grass will wither away. The flowers will fade to dust. Our lives here on earth have an end one day.
I want to bring beauty, but from the 2% group. If we really new our worth, then maybe we could teach other’s how to see theirs...
These 2 beautiful gals are physically stunning, YES. But their sweet, kind, unique personalities I recognized during our shoot is what was beautiful to me. Their willingness to rise early and stand barefoot in 30 degree weather. And laugh about it. That’s beautiful.
