Still playing catch-up on sharing some of the amazing weddings from this year, and this one deserves a moment in the spotlight. đź’™
Amanda and Weeden were married at Bishops Bay Country Club in Middleton, with the Capitol building just visible across the water. Their day was colorful, heartfelt, and joy-filled with a palette of blues and little pops of orange that felt perfectly fitting for their lakeside setting.
Amanda’s gown was such a unique highlight, complete with removable sleeves that added the best touch of modern-meets-timeless style. The two chose to forgo a wedding party and keep things simple, which gave them extra time to focus on what mattered most: celebrating with their guests and soaking in every moment together.
One of my favorite details from the entire day was the flowers- all grown by Amanda’s parents on their own land. Every bouquet, arrangement, and stem was hand-grown and assembled with so much intention and love. 🌿
As the evening wound down, we snuck out onto the dock for sunset photos with the Madison skyline glowing in the distance, the perfect end to a day full of laughter, tears, dancing, and donut!
