Checked into @hyattmaui this afternoon for the second half of our Maui trip!!! So excited to slow down a bit here as we've been running all over the island the past few days. We've been doing much, more than what you are seeing on Instagram. I realized this trip that I miss the OG days of blogging on Whimsy Soul, when I wrote more day-to-day posts updating you all on what I'm up to. Now, I feel like I'm sharing what I'm doing on Stories, which I'll always continue doing, but I miss having a space to dive deeper into personal stories. So, I'm starting a new series on whimsysoul.com called "Travel Diaries." From here on out, I plan on sharing more real-time travel diary blog posts while on trips, sharing with you photos that won't be in published anywhere else (like quick iPhone shots or ones that are still fun but won't be posted to Instagram) along with more personal Stories that haven't made it to social (like what my favorite dish here in Hawaii is so far!)
