Mental Health! ✨
Today is world mental health day ~ the theme this year is “mental health in an unequal world”.
Now more than ever I feel it's so important to raise awareness & break the stigma around it.
I am extremely passionate about this topic, having lost friends to suicide & having had my own mental health struggles I want to normalise these REAL struggles that people face daily.
You often can't see the pain people are suffering with, if you're like me you hide that exceptionally well!
Please check in on your friends & love ones, it's often the “strong” ones that have the biggest smiles & hide all their pain!
Mental Health issues DO NOT discriminate, anyone can face severe times of distress it's extremely important to speak openly about this!
Please don't suffer alone there is always help & support out there ~ reaching out to a friend or medical professional is the first step..... Putting your hand up & asking for help when you're drowning seems hard especially when we are proud, But please 🙏 don't ever think you can't, there is always hope & help out there.

YOU HONESTLY NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS FACING BEHIND
CLOSED DOORS, YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT TAKES FOR THEM TO SHOW UP EVERY DAY OF THEIR LIFE!
