I followed the "old logging road" longer than I should have. 50m after seeing this petrified stump, I had to turn back. A rock slide had taken out what was left of the road. And after finding an old powerbar wrapper from a decade ago, I decided this probably wasn't where I needed to be. No one had walked this road for years. The invasive weeds grew wild and untouched and were as high as my ears. Not to mention they had leaves with burrs the length of a fingernail. I backed out - double time.
