elephant experiences are everywhere in Thailand, but not all of them have the best track record for treating the animals well. I wasn’t planning on doing any elephant tours on this trip until I heard about the Elephant Nature Park outside of Chiang Mai. it’s a sanctuary and rescue center for these beautiful creatures, and offers a variety of experiences where you can interact with them in a way that doesn’t cause any harm.
