Hi 👋 everyone, it’s @kendrapoppy, the voice behind Yardzen’s Instagram! We have a lot of new faces here, so I thought I would introduce myself. I joined the amazing team at Yardzen last summer after several years as an editor at Sunset magazine.
I grew up on Sunset’s mission: life is best lived outside, cooking over open flame, gardening, hiking, and exploring the world. I joined Yardzen because our founders, Adam and Allison, share this belief—we are a company of people who believe life is best lived outside, in your yard, with friends and family. We design yards that are beautiful, but most importantly, functional—relaxing spaces that serve the whole family and encourage genuine connection with others and the world around us.
