For us nothing says Northern California like an Eichler. Oozing with mid century-modern design, they have open floor plans, floor to ceiling windows, atriums, post and beam construction (shall we go on?) What we’re *really* drawn to is the fact that they’re designed to bring the outside and in and create seamless indoor / outdoor living.
