A nice ritual do on a Sunday evening using the Happy range. ✨ Light your Happy candle Bath- close your eyes and take a moment during your bath to be mindful of the scent, the warm water. Place your hand over your heart, tune in and notice your breath without trying to change it. Notice how it rises and falls with your chest. Notice the gentle thumping of your heart and other sensation in your body. Take a moment to set an intention for yourself maybe it’s taking a moment to be grateful, to be a little nicer to yourself or acknowledging and letting go of a certain emotion. Breath- breath can have a big impact on your mind. Breathing helps to calm your parasympathetic nervous system and can change your mindset. Clear your mind. Deep inhale for the count of five, hold for two counts and exhale for seven counts. After three rounds start to visualize a happier, stronger, more resilient version of yourself. What would you look like? What would it feel like? Keep this vision in your head while you focus on your breath for another 3-5 rounds. Full Yogic Breath begins with a deep and fluid inhalation that fills three sections of the torso independently, but continuously. First, we breathe into the lower abdomen. Then, we breathe into the mid-section of the torso, expanding the diaphragm and the ribs as the inhalation continues. And finally, we draw the breath into the upper chest and shoulders as the inhalation comes to a close. Massage- after the bath massage Happy body oil into damp skin, inhale the uplifting scent, of bergamot, orange, ylang ylang, and massage into skin with long strokes in the figure of eights. The long strokes will activate your parasympathetic nervous system helping you relax and access a sense of peace. #happy #mindfulness #ritual #selfcare #mentalhealth #naturalfragrance #vegan #cleanbeauty #clean #metime💕
