Fat. Disabled. Worthy.
I want to tell a younger me that it is okay. That it’s okay to have a bigger body. That it’s okay to take up space. That it’s okay to love yourself as you are.
You don’t need to change. You don’t need to look like everyone else. You’re amazing, beautiful, kind. You’re a good person. Your weight doesn’t change any of those things. And neither does your disability.
You’ll struggle but you’ll be okay.
