And just like Mondays finished and Tuesday has arrived🙌🏼 who else had weekend blues at work yesterday? I sure did and at some point I got so tired I even briefly shut my eyes for 20 mins as I had nothing to do and was getting quite restless… Doing 12 hour shifts can be so draining especially moving from days to nights… it can be both mentally and physically draining but unfortunately there is not much I can do until I find another job. Anyone else work 12 hour shifts and if so how do you cope?
