Wanted to give everyone a quick PSA.
During the entire week of BF, we have been completely overwhelmed by the massive amounts of orders and support. Can't thank you all enough for supporting small businesses in general, not just our brand, through these times and for allowing us to create awesome gear and content for you.
With that said, we are asking for everyone to be patient as we get orders out. We had to hire a night crew to be able to catch up, and with the whole covid situation and extra precautions, it doesn't help the flow.
We are improvising and making adjustments on the spot in order to get what you need.
Plese, only email our CS team or DM if you have some sort of real emergency about your order or have nudes.
Blowing up our inboxes on "where is my stuff" will only cause further delays. Hitting up CS on every platform will only cause delays. We know everyone is eagered to get gear and we are working literally around the clock to get it to you. No one here is chilling and being lazy, there is no conspiracy, we didn't run off with your money to some exotic island with hookers.
There is alot that goes behind the scenes, and anyone who has a business will know that our priority is you, the customer.
Right now, processing is about 7 days out and getting shorter. If you ordered woobies, DEC 8 or sooner is the ship date as stated on the site. We appreciate the patience, support and understanding on this.
