On Aug 9th, 1918, Corporal Jake Allex Mandusich and his platoon came under intense Machinegun fire while conducting an attack near Chipilly Ridge, France. With all officers dead, Jake and his giant scrotum advanced 30 yards, alone, exposed and head on towards the muzzle flashes.
When he reached the enemy position, he stabbed 5 Germans with his bayonet until it snapped off, and then used the butt of his rifle to kill the rest. On top of his kill streak, he managed to also singlehandedly capture 15 prisoners.
