Had someone DM about the different personalities in business and how it affects it, and the answer is pretty simple: You will encounter every one of them. From the loyal to the back stabber, from the smart to the dipshit, from the motivated to the lazy and everything in between. The type of personality you develop in business will align with the real you, there isn't a separation. You can only fake the funk for so long until your true colors come out. Just be a better version of you! Live with principle, live with moral, conduct yourself like you should, acknowledge mistakes and make changes, know right or wrong, never burn bridges because you never know when you may need to cross them again, don't fuck people over..even when they deserve it (karma works and it's free). Be true to yourself and to your brand. Work hard. You want loyal supporters, not customers. You want loyal team members, not workers. Don't be a sell out and be true to yourself. All of the above will reflect on your business and what you sell (product/service/yourself) and people will notice..the goods and bad. Fakes, copycats, haters, losers will surround you the minute you rise above them and they will stir shit to keep you on their level.
