The people who want to see you succeed will do exactly that and help you get there. Haters always provide the best source of motivation...if you don't have any, you're doing something wrong. Be selective about who you work with. Align your vision with your beliefs. Drama is a waste of time and money. Invest 10% of your income on yourself, whether its learning a skill, well-being or whatever gets you motivated. People will always judge you, no matter what...so, fuck it. Be a better listener and less of a talker. Be humble..real people shine brighter in the shadows than they do in the spotlight. Lastly, surround yourself with like minded people..always!
