Recalling that day pretty fondly for many reasons, almost getting my head shot off by a sniper is one of them. Now, in that urban maze, enemy snipers where unfortunately deadly accurate for the most part and would find some ingenious ways to get their shots off, either from recessed holes in buildings, trunks of cars, palm trees and what not, even took the time to set up little flags all over the neighborhood for wind direction...but at the same time, their ingenuity could only take them so far..as one of our saw gunners wisely stated: " Dude, he just fell out like a monkey" (after emptying half a drum into a palm tree).
