If there is one thing that we are proud of is that we don't forget where we came from. When we received this and read the note, we went ahead and completely refunded the person and sent it out asap, and included some extra things for him. We valued the meaning of his gesture and felt that we needed to give something back, not because it's the holidays, but because there are more important things in life than making a few extra bucks.
