If there is one thing about Marines, is that we leave an unquestionable mark in history and our foes. Camp Reasoner, Da Nang, was home to the silent skullfuckers of 1st and 3rd recon and it was named as such in honor of 1st. Lt. Frank S. Reasoner, who gave his life on July 12, 1965 trying to save wounded Marines after his recon platoon was ambushed by a large NVA force; thus earning the Medal of Honor.
