UPDATE: For those that don't know, family members of Sgt. Robert L. Hale (C.Co. 502nd PIR, 101st) reached out to us a few weeks ago in order to get him correspondence upon his return from a D.C. Honor Flight.
We have been informed that people are writing to him not just from all over the U.S., but from all over the world as well. You still have time to send him a quick note of gratitude via email and/or mail.
Sgt. Hale jumped on D-DAY and Market Garden, earning several awards to include 2 Purple Hearts.
